 is a dynamic wellness and healthcare platform founded by Dr. Pio Wilfred during his final year at Kharkiv National Medical University in 2015. Established with the vision of promoting healthier lifestyles and empowering communities through medical awareness, the platform has steadily evolved into a growing voice in health, wellness, medical education, and wellness entrepreneurship.

The platform gained wider recognition following Dr. Pio Wilfred’s academic attachment with Jalal-Abad State University, where he served as a medical lecturer and engaged with international medical students and healthcare professionals. His exposure to multicultural healthcare systems, preventive medicine, and community-based wellness programs significantly shaped the direction and identity of Well Plus.

Currently, Dr. Pio Wilfred serves as a physician managing outpatient and emergency care services at Nawaloka Hospital, Colombo, member of Sri Lankan Association of Geriatric medicine. Alongside clinical practice, he is actively involved in healthcare entrepreneurship and medical consultation services through the Long Live Medicals Group and DT Consultancy, a student consultancy and international educational guidance service. He is also a certified British Council counsellor, helping students pursue higher education opportunities abroad.

Beyond medicine and entrepreneurship, he is also recognized as a fiction and non-fiction writer, particularly in the genres of medical thrillers, healthcare narratives, and social commentary inspired by real-life experiences in hospitals, communities, and international medical environments.

Through articles, healthcare discussions, wellness awareness campaigns, entrepreneurship insights, and literary contributions, Well Plus aims to bridge the gap between medicine, lifestyle, mental well-being, and innovative healthcare solutions for modern society.
